She has nearly a decade of financial services experience and has worked in several banking roles within FirstBank. A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Economics, Elizabeth’s work-ethic has contributed to her rapid rise through FirstBank’s rigorous banking divisions.
Elizabeth has a diverse financial background, which allows her to provide a knowledge-based and service-oriented approach to Platinum Banking’s high-net worth clients. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys discovering San Juan’s vast culinary culture.
Eliezel Santana has a knack for customer service and problem solving. As a Business Relationship Specialist with FirstBank Platinum, Eliezel believes in the power of a solid client relationship based on trust, where services are tailored to the customer’s needs. That’s the Platinum Banking difference.
Eliezel has close to a decade of banking experience, but when he’s away from the office, he enjoys working on cultural and musical research.
Ilianecxys started at FirstBank in 2013 as a teller in the Plaza Escorial Branch. A year and a half later, she was promoted to Business Relationship specialist in the newly formed Platinum Banking division. Ilianecxys manages small accounts and uses her past experience as a teller to offer her customers the attention and service that they deserve.
Although her entrepreneurial spirit has helped her accomplish important career goals at FirstBank, Ilianecxys also enjoys baking and relaxing at home with a new Netflix series.
Maricarmen has been with FirstBank since 2001. Her 22 years of banking and financial experience bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Platinum Banking team. Maricarmen was previously an Investment Officer for FirstBank Treasury.
Today, Maricarmen manages an average of 65 deposit relationships (business and personal). An avid runner in her time off, Maricarmen has worked hard all of her life and believes in providing every client with timely and attentive service.
Paulette offers well-rounded knowledge, expertise and a customer-first mentality to help her clients achieve their maximum potential and service their everyday needs. Her financial background, coupled with her diverse work experience paved the way for her success as a business banker today.
Paulette believes in cultivating deep relationships with her clients and working hard each day to improve their financial well-being. When Paulette isn’t providing excellent customer service, she is active in the local dog community, creating animal rights awareness and enjoying the sunsets views in Rincon. She also follows a plant-based diet and is deeply involved in the health and wellness community in Puerto Rico.
Amed understands that only outstanding service can fulfill client expectations. His 17 years of experience prepared him for the unique challenges of his role as FirstBank Platinum Banking’s Relationship and Compliance Officer.
Amed helps customers create plans that are tailored to their short-term and long-term financial objectives. While he’s passionate about his work, Amed enjoys working out, bike riding and basketball during his free time.
Emily has been with FirstBank since 2004. Before joining the FirstBank Platinum team, she was one of the company’s top 15 sales representatives of Branches. Emily and her colleagues are responsible for growing and customizing Platinum Banking’s services to specifically address the needs of high-end segments. When she’s not with her clients, Emily enjoys creative activities like jewelry design, crafting, painting and decor.
Gabriela has been with FirstBank since 2015 and immediately excelled as a customer service representative. She was recently named a Business Relationship Specialist. Gabriela is known by her coworkers as someone that thrives in a changing environment, which makes her a natural fit for the financial industry. If she weren’t a FirstBank team member, Gabriela would start her own non-profit organization to help the homeless and those in need.
With 25 years of banking experience, 17 of those with FirstBank, Samuel is experienced in managing all aspects of client relationships, even the more affluent segments. As a Relationship Officer, Samuel prides himself on being the go-to person that clients trust for their banking needs.
With Platinum Banking, Samuel manages personal and banking relationships holistically. When he isn’t providing clients with the best service possible, Samuel enjoys hobbies like genealogy and photography.
Caleb is a seasoned banking and securities industries professional with more than 15 years of experience and a unique ability to implement and execute business strategy. His approach is characterized by a keen sense of customer relationship management and a deep understanding of financial and statistical modeling.
Caleb is a CPA and a Certified Member and Acquisitions Advisor with a BBA from the University of Puerto Rico, an MBA from Emory University and holds FINRA’s Series 6, 7, 24 and 53 designations.
His leadership and experience has helped propel the Platinum Banking team to develop the infrastructure that’s needed to successfully service high net worth clients. In his personal time, Caleb is a coffee aficionado. He's a trained barista who has served as a judge for the National Barista Championship.
